POP UPP CLINIC - YMCA GUELPH Welcome to our new United Proactive Performance Clinic. We are located with the YMCA Guelph location at the corner of the Hanlon (highway #6) and Downey/Kortright. At UPP, we provide next level support that athletes expect and everyone deserves.
The UPP Clinic - providing next level support including chiropractic care that athletes expect and everyone deserves. There is ample parking. Please go in the front doors, check in with the YMCA front desk staff and we will come out to greet you. You will need to bring your government issued ID for your visit to get access to the YMCA-UPP clinic.
